Craps is a fast-paced game with high-rollers, budget gamblers, and everyone in the middle. If you are a people-watcher this is one game that you will like to watch. There’s the high-roller, buying in with a large bank roll and making loud proclamations when he bets across the board, "520 dollars across," you will hear her say. She’s the gambler to observe at this table and they know it. The whale will either win big-time or lose big-time and there’s no in between.
There’s the budget gambler, possibly attempting to acquaint themselves with the high-roller. they will tell the other gamblers of books he’s read up on, on dice setting and hang around the most accomplished player at the craps table, ready to talk and "pick each others minds".
There’s the disciple of Frank Scoblete latest craps workshop. Although Frank is the very best there is, his devotee has to do his homework. This player will require 5 mins to setup his dice, so apply patience.
My preferred players at the table are the real chaps from the old times. These elderly guys are generally composed, generally generous and will almost always offer hints from the "great ole days."
