The Secrets of Controlled Gambling
After a while, a master shooter develops what is recognized as a personal roll. The easiest way to recognize this is to notice what the hurler is wagering on. He’ll almost certainly make a pass line bet and then also buy some numbers, like maybe the 4 and 10. He has to make a pass line wager to throw, but the 4 and 10 purchase bet is a bit bizarre, so they may have a signature. It would be best if you followed their lead and wager in the same way they does.
Certainly though, they will throw a 7 sooner or later and you can not keep all of your $$$$$ up forever, so you need to have a good pull back strategy. The simplest one to use is to begin at your highest bet, and purchase the identical 2 numbers the tosser does. Then, just regress the numbers by 1 unit following every success until you are at the table minimum.
Now let’s say the four hits and you capture $116. Keep the Fifty Eight Dollars (your starting wager) on the 10 and regress the four to Thirty Eight dollars, and request if you can purchase it for thirty eight dollars and only pay a one dollar vig (5% of $38 is a buck ninety). If the four hits again, you win seventy six dollars. Leave it at thirty eight dollars – you can’t pay less than $1 vig on a purchase wager and if they keep on letting you buy the 4 (and 10) for thirty eight dollars and just pay $1, then continue on doing it.
Soon, if the ten begins appearing you’ll have both the 4 and ten regressed down to $38. Leave both bets up except of course if the shooter pulls his bets down, or something unusual occurs to ruin the shooter’s concentration. By regressing your purchase wagers you’ll always have a wager on the carps table during a smokin roll, and after the first success, it is absolute profit
If you’re a master shooter yourself, bring your mate or friend along, and the casino will let him/her to take care of your wagers while you are focusing attention on shooting.
